going underground and other stuff

I don't expect many of you have spent much time looking in the london transport museum shop, but if you're a fan of vintage posters it's well worth a look.  I particularly loved these two images but there are hundreds more to browse or buy.

other stuff...

In a bit of departure I designed a cushion for watching films with.  I love old style sci-fi books and this fitted my mood perfectly.  It's for sale from the folk at ohhdeer for the next couple of weeks if you want one too.

Transient

This is a big week in the pattern booth house as the builders finally move out and we move back in.  Of course now we have nice smooth walls the endless decorating dilemmas remain.  Out carpet shopping last week I saw this Harlequin wallpaper 'illuminate' which was a big hit a couple of years ago...if it came in a colourway that was light and didn't clash with the yellow carpet it would have been in the running for the 'hugely tall wall on the stairs' wallpaper finals.  There really are too many great wallpapers out there to choose from.
