Hello there faithful reader. I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed after my week in the sun, I might post some holiday snaps soon, but for now I'm ready to get back to the serious business of amazing patterns...
I came across this brilliant pattern on pinterest, that mine of inspiration and lateral hops to unknown destinations. I love the bright pop and heavy darks on this neutral background, it's very striking. This pattern is credited to Alexander Gorlizki. It's quite unlike most of his work, but I'm hoping it's an accurate credit, and if it's not, that someone knows better and gets in touch.
Alyson Fox has a great sense of colour, and this cushion collaboration for West Elm would look just right on my grey wingback chair. It makes me smile how the peaches and dusty pinks of the season are stuck in my head even though I claim not to be keen!
I would admit to this next colour scheme though. A riot of brights and neons on a neutral or dark background...love it. This overload of print from Mara Hoffman's fall runway collection is gorgeous.
What colours are you loving right now?
